What we sell
A short list, and the whole story behind it.
We would rather sell one thing we can be held to than list twelve we cannot. This is what is live today, who it is for, and exactly how an engagement runs.

Delivered in partnership with our platform partner
Who this is for
Heads of IT, service delivery managers and CIOs in organisations large enough that the service desk has become a cost centre with a queue. Typically manufacturing, pharma, BFSI and media, which is where we have spent the most time.
The problem it addresses
A large share of what reaches an enterprise service desk is the same handful of requests. Password resets. Software that will not install. A VPN client that stopped working. A printer. None of it requires judgement, all of it requires a human, and together it consumes the capacity you wanted pointed at transformation work.
What it does
The platform sits on the endpoint and resolves those requests before they become tickets, either automatically or through a self service interface the employee actually uses. It integrates with the ITSM platform you already run rather than replacing it, and it reports on what it deflected so the saving is visible rather than asserted.
- L1 ticket deflection
- Self healing endpoints
- Employee self service
- Software deployment
- ITSM and ITAM integration
- Deflection reporting
How an engagement runs
Six stages, and who is on the hook at each one.
The order matters here, so it is worth being explicit about it. Nothing is hidden behind a handover.
Discovery
We look at your ticket mix, your service desk load and your endpoint estate, and establish whether there is a case here at all. If there is not, we say so and stop.
SundaleProof of value
Scoped against a number you choose, run on your environment, not a canned demo. We run it and bring the vendor's pre sales team in behind us where the technical depth is needed.
Sundale with vendor pre salesCommercials
Licensing, terms, procurement paperwork and negotiation. One counterparty for you to deal with.
SundaleDeployment
The vendor's engineering team deploys and configures the product. That is their work and we do not pretend otherwise. We hold the schedule and keep you informed.
Vendor, coordinated by SundaleRollout and escalation
Internal communications, phasing, and a route for anything that goes wrong that does not begin with a support portal.
SundaleRenewal
The same people, reviewing the same number we agreed in stage one. Expansion only where it is warranted.
SundaleSundale owns
- Discovery and honest qualification
- The proof of value, scoped with you
- Commercials, licensing and renewal
- Rollout coordination and escalation
- The relationship, for as long as it runs
The vendor owns
- The product itself
- Technical deployment
- Engineering and product support
- The roadmap
You could buy this directly. Here is why people don't.
A product company sells a licence and measures itself on the sale. Its presence in your city is a pre sales engineer on a call and a support queue afterwards. What is missing is somebody local who knows your environment, carries commercial weight in the relationship, and has a reason to care whether the rollout lands.
That is the role Sundale plays. The vendor pays us for it, so it costs you nothing above buying direct.
What comes next
Categories in development.
These are structured into how we work and are not live. We would rather name them honestly than list them as though they were selling today.
Warehouse Automation
Intralogistics and warehouse systems, aimed at operations and supply chain leadership rather than IT. In partner discussions.
IoT & Robotics
Connected devices and industrial robotics, structured into the same category model. In partner discussions.
If either is on your roadmap, the conversation is worth having now rather than when the page changes. Get in touch.

Worth a conversation?
Thirty minutes on your ticket mix is usually enough to tell whether there is a case here.
