About Sundale

Enterprise technology is easy to buy and hard to land.

Sundale exists in the gap between those two things. We sell a short list of solutions we can be held to, and we stay the customer's point of contact long after the vendor's implementation team has moved on.

Why we started

The Indian enterprise market does not lack good software. It lacks people who will take responsibility for what happens after the purchase order. Vendors optimise for the close. Large system integrators optimise for headcount on site. Between them sits a customer who paid for an outcome and got a licence key.

Sundale was built to sit in that gap deliberately. We keep the catalogue short so that every solution on it is one we can qualify honestly, prove properly, and stand behind commercially for as long as the customer runs it.

How we are built

Sundale Technologies is a female owned company. The ownership sits with women, and the business is governed on that basis rather than as a formality on paper.

We are a partner led organisation. Rather than building a product of our own and defending it, we choose a small number of strong products, hold a real commercial partnership with each vendor, and take on the parts of the motion the vendor cannot do well from a distance: the room, the relationship, and the follow through. The vendor's engineers deploy their own product. We are accountable for everything between them and you.

We are based in the Delhi NCR region and work with enterprise customers across India.

Leadership

Who you will actually be dealing with.

Sundale is small on purpose. Every engagement is currently led personally by our CEO, and as account executives join, he stays on discovery and close alongside them rather than handing accounts over.

KP

Kushagra Parashar

Chief Executive Officer

Kushagra leads Sundale's solution strategy, partnerships and enterprise sales. He built his first enterprise sales function from nothing: joining our platform partner in Bangalore as its first sales hire and spending three years constructing the entire motion, from positioning and pipeline through to CIO and VP level negotiation, selling ITSM and ITAM automation into manufacturing, pharma, BFSI and media.

That work put him in the room for the part most vendors never see. Deals that closed cleanly and then stalled at rollout. Deals that were technically won and commercially wasted. Sundale is the answer he wanted to give those customers and could not, inside a single product company.

Before enterprise software he worked in fundraising and investor facing roles at two IIT Delhi incubated electric vehicle startups, which is where the habit of explaining a technical proposition to a sceptical room began. He holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and an MA in English Communications.

He also runs the commercial side of two allied businesses, one in solar and infrastructure and one in security and communications equipment, which keeps Sundale honest about what it is like to be the organisation buying technology rather than the firm selling it.

Still open: a photograph if you want one in place of the KP initials mark, and whether the owners should be named here rather than left as "female owned". Send names and titles and a second profile block goes in, same format.

What we hold to

Four things we do not trade away.

A short catalogue

We only sell what we can stand behind commercially and support as a relationship. Adding a name to the list is a commitment, not a listing.

Honest qualification

If the fit is not there, you hear it in the first conversation. A deal that should not have closed costs both sides more than a clean no.

The same people throughout

No handover from a sales team to a support queue. The person who runs discovery is the person on the call at renewal.

Clear lines of accountability

We say plainly what we own and what the vendor owns, in writing, before anything is signed. Nobody should have to work out who to call.

Get in touch

Start with the problem, not the product.

Tell us what is not working and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right people for it.
